Thank you for shopping with LAQASA Clothing.

LAQASA Clothing deals in retail and wholesale fabrics, cut-piece fabrics, fabrics sold by length, shirts, pants/trousers and other clothing products.

Returns for Ready-Made Products

Ready-made shirts, pants, trousers and other eligible garments may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product has not been altered or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase or order details are available.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Cut-Piece and Cut-to-Length Fabric

Fabric that has been cut or measured according to the customer's selected quantity is generally not eligible for return or exchange due to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Colour preference.
  • Design preference.
  • Quantity selection.
  • Personal preference.

However, we will provide an appropriate resolution if:

  • The wrong fabric was supplied.
  • The wrong colour was supplied.
  • The quantity is materially incorrect.
  • The fabric was damaged or defective when delivered.
  • The product materially differs from the product ordered.

Customers should inspect fabric before stitching, washing, cutting further, dyeing or processing it.

Once fabric has been stitched, washed, dyed, altered or further cut, it may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separately agreed commercial terms.

Once a wholesale order has been cut, processed, packed or dispatched, returns or cancellations due to change of mind may not be accepted.

This does not affect rights relating to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

Please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs or video where necessary.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.

Banks, UPI providers, card issuers and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may not be possible after fabric has been cut, customised, processed, packed or dispatched.
